2018 - 2019 Courage Box Theme Schedule

Fall Program

In Part 1 of our 2018-2019 program, you will learn about mood-tracking, emotional awareness, grounding, deep breathing, mindfulness, meditation, and sleep hygiene over four months.

Winter Program

In Part 2 of our 2018-2019 program, you will learn evidence-based strategies including CBT, nutrition, and movement. Plus, you will be given the opportunity to combine all of your knowledge into a mental wellness plan.

In Part 3 of our 2018-2019 program, you will learn alternative methods of mental wellness, like practising compassion, using healing crystals, and coping through creativity. The theme of our August box will be decided on with the help of subscribers.
